Stuart
is a programme director and senior manager with 15 years experience
within the insurance market and other sectors. As shaper, coach
and mentor Stuart leads teams of project managers and takes
responsibility for major investments in change.
A rigorous planner and delivery-focused, Stuart has launched successful company divisions and start-up businesses in Financial Services. His foresight and drive have also allowed him to successfully deliver and run the IT environment required to launch and support a leading newspaper.
Stuart is leading a major change programme for a Lloyd's Underwriter. Previously he led the London Market Insurance business at CMG delivering change and innovation to the direct lines, life and pensions and off-shore investment markets. Stuart has also rescued, shaped and completed major change programmes for London Market broking businesses.
Financially literate, Stuart works at Board-level to deliver measurable benefits in complex settings.

John Oughton
John
is an insurance professional who has spent 35 years working
in broking and underwriting operations, primarily in the London
Market but also in retail and specialist businesses.
The earlier part of John's career was spent in the London Market non-marine broking sector, working in all aspects of the business from front-line client servicing, through broking and back office processes. He then moved into project-based work, initially with a large best practice programme across several operating divisions of a London Market broker.
Subsequently, John has led many large and complex projects and programmes in a variety of environments. He has particular experience working with organisations undergoing change - planned or otherwise - that represents a significant risk to the business. He is able to listen, analyse and quickly identify the key areas which need to be prioritised and actioned.
John has delivered benefits through projects including wholesale divisional re-organisations, merger and acquisition related activities, technology implementations and back office business process re-engineering.
